Fellowship Support and Guidance

We hope in the near future to develop this section further to provide a much richer repository of supporting information for research staff who are considering applying for fellowships. This is going to take time, so for now, we suggest that those with this goal in mind keep an eye out for training courses aimed at preparing for fellowship applications. Check the new training course bulletins often and keep an eye on the master list of training courses which we link to on our skills training page. The Researcher Development website blog (The Word) also has a page listing common fellowships applied for by research staff and further advice. Jobs.ac.uk also offer opportunities for short term Fellowships; please see their article for further information. Examples of successful fellowship and grant funding bid applications to model on can be found on the school’s website (requires login).
