Swipe Cards and Access

If your card does not allow you access to a particular part of the Simon or Williamson building that you need access to, or you have a student working in your lab and they need access, then the card needs to be registered for those places.  Who you contact will depend on which building you are in (see below), and the following information needs to be sent to the appropriate person:- Full name (as it appears on the ID card) The ID card number The area needing access to In the Simon building, we’ve been told you can email Dr Keith Bower; for Williamson, contact Dr Richard Cutting.  In general (or for other buildings) you can also contact Mr John Ashton. Historically, you could also make your request at the front desk in the Stopford building; whether you can still do this is uncertain (let us know).  The Stopford building can be found on Oxford Road, building 79 on the campus map.
