Finance Manager meetings
The School Finance Manager, Jonathan Masterson from the Finance Hub, holds weekly Q&A sessions to discuss any queries you may have regarding all aspects of finance. This is held every Wednesday afternoon 1–3pm in the 1st floor seating area in Williamson. (Previously, the EPS Senior Finance Manager & Head of EPS Stores, Stephen Hamer, conducted this forum.)
Finance Hub
The Finance Hub is located in the Schuster Building, room 6.56 (building 54 on campus map) and is able to help with common financial tasks you run across as a researcher. This includes reclaiming petty cash and handling various financial forms you may encounter. The hub serves the Schools of Chemistry, Physics, and Earth, Atmospheric and Environmental Sciences. NOTE: There is a tray in the Staff and Student Support Office (Williamson 1.42) that you can drop financial forms into to be taken over to the Finance Hub. If this room is locked (e.g. out of hours), you can gain access via the keypad. For the code, please contact Earth Support or the SEAES Ambassadors.
