Set up a new i-Proc supplier

If you need to purchase something from a company and they’re not on the i-Proc system, and you’re likely to purchase from them reasonably frequently, then you should look at setting them up as a supplier on the system (this also applies to those companies which you may have set up in the past, but were insufficiently used to remain on the system and now need reactivating). If you’re only planning on purchasing from the company once or very infrequently, then it may be better to use a one-off payment. Part of the supplier set-up form needs to be filled in by you and part by the supplier. Once completed (or if you need help), hand the form in to Julie Samson (for Simon Building) or Gemma Coleman (for Williamson Building). Once the form is processed by the university, you will be able to select the supplier when making non-catelogue requests on i-Proc.
